When your patient has made a transaction using the MyACUVUE™ app, they will be presented with this screen automatically.

Terms and Conditions:

Stories will be selected by Johnson & Johnson Vision Care representatives based on a combination of star rating given by app users, and the content of the story provided in the reviews provided between 1^st and 30^th September 2019.

Invitees will be notified by first week of October to attend an evening event on 10^th October.
