Give your eyes a break

Relax your eyes every now and then with these simple, quick eye massages!

① Rotate your eyes

Rotate your eyes clockwise 5 times and rest for a while. Repeat this exercise anti-clockwise.

② Look up and down

Look up slowly and stay there for 5 seconds, look down and stay there for another 5 seconds. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

③ Look left and right

Look left and stay there for 5 seconds, look right and stay there for another 5 seconds. Repeat this exercise 10 times.

④ Blink your eyes

Blinking helps relieve dry eyes and eye fatigue. For this exercise, blink your eyes every 4 seconds. Repeat 10 times.

⑤ Move your eyes in the direction of the infinity symbol

Rotate your eyes to form the infinity symbol.
Repeat this exercise 10 times.
