First, wash your hands clean.
Wash your hands with soap then rinse and dry your hands with a lint-free towel.

Second, apply disinfecting solution on lens.
Place a lens on your palm and apply 2 to 3 drops of contact lens disinfecting solution.

Third, gently rub lens.
Rub each side of the lens for 20 seconds with your index finger.

Fourth, rinse surface of lens.
Rinse your lens thoroughly with more disinfecting solution.

Finally, store lenses in a case.
Store your contact lenses in a case. Ensure each chamber is pre-filled with fresh contact lens disinfecting solution. Repeat routine with the other lens.

TIP: How to keep your lens case clean.
- Do not re-use old solution in the case.
- Do not wash your case with water. Instead, clean the case with fresh disinfecting solution, and let it air-dry.
- Replace the case every 3 months.
